Party Guidelines
A 100.00 deposit is required to reserve the day
of your party. The deposit is non-refundable and it will be used towards
your final balance.
All deposits and final balances are paid by cash or credit card, and
muust be done in person.

In addition to the price per person there is a 7% tax and a 20% gratuity.
Luncheon Banquets are only available Monday through Saturday from 11:30
to 3:30pm. Entire party must be here by 12:00.
A final head count is mandatory one week prior to your event, and the
Entree choice must be received 3 weeks before.
The final head count is the number of people that the party will be
set up for , and also the number of people that will be paid for-----
if guests do not attend then you may take home the extra entrees.
If you would like bring wine or beer you may do so, and you may drop
it off the night before your event.
If you choose to bring your own cake there is a non-negotiable fee of
$1.00 per person.
If you would like to have a room to yourself, you must guarantee a certain
guest count, if not, a room will not be guaranteed and your party will
be placed in either room but the room will not be to yourself.
The Voorhees’ larger room must have a guaranteed 50 people for
Lunch and Brunch and a guaranteed 60 people for Dinner.
The Voorhees’ small room must have a guaranteed 40 people for
Lunch and a guaranteed 32 for Sunday Brunch, as well as a guaranteed
50 for Dinner.
The Cinnaminson’s large room must have a guaranteed 40 people
for Lunch and Brunch and a guaranteed 50 people for Dinner.
The Cinnaminson’s small room must a guaranteed 20 people for Lunch,
Sunday Brunch and Dinner.
